About me

Ever since childhood, I've been interested in languages and literature. In my free time, I like to read and to play music. I'm also an amateur thespian.

At the Institut für Fremdsprachen und Auslandskunde (IFA) in Erlangen, German, I trained to become a certified translator, specialising in the fields of technology and the humanities.

I am also currently working on my Bachelor's thesis about different ways of translating gender neutral pronouns into German. This topic is very close to my heart, since I'm non-binary myself, and my affinity for language means I often ponder how best to express myself and my identity to others.
